With the development of technology, IDC products are also increasing. What are the differences between JTTI to popularize the order line server and BGP server for everyone. You can also choose a single -line server or BGP server according to your business needs.

  Single -line server:

The so -called single -line server (single -network card and single IP) refers to only telecommunications, mobile or Unicom's connection, such as telecommunications lines, Unicom lines, mobile lines, etc. For local websites, you can choose a single -line line. For example, users on the enterprise website are mainly concentrated in the south. You can choose a telecommunications server to rent; users can choose the Unicom server in the north; Choose a single -line computer room, after all, the cost will be lower.

  BGP server:

The BGP protocol is mainly used for interconnection between the Internet AS (Autonomous System). The important function is to control the spread of the route and choose the right route.

The single IP dual -line implemented by the BGP protocol directly maps the IP of one line to another line IP through the BGP protocol. When users access, they will automatically select the routing so that the user will not be delayed through the slowness of different ISPs.

Both China Netcom and China Telecom have autonomous system numbers. Most major domestic network operators in China are interconnected through their own autonomous system numbers through the BGP protocol.

The advantages of multi -line hosting server using the BGP solution room:

First, the server only needs to set the IP address. The connection routing is determined by the routing of the backbone in the network based on the routing jump and other technical indicators, and it does not occupy any system resources of the server. Both the upstream and downstream routes of the server can choose the path to achieve high -speed single IP dual -line access.

  2. Since the BGP protocol itself has the characteristics of redundant backup and eliminating the loop, when the IDC service provider has multiple BGP interconnection lines, the route can back up. When the line fails, the route will be automatically switched to other lines.

Third, the BGP protocol can also make the network have strong scalability. It can connect IDC networks with other operators and easily realize single IP multi -line and all interconnected operations.
